GAIA Jahrestreffen 2025
The aim is to explore in more detail, using agriculture and food as examples, what an understanding of systems means and what implications this has for research, teaching and practice. The keynote speakers are already confirmed: environmental scientist and cyberneticist Ray Ison will introduce us to systems approaches, before agricultural sociologist Marianne Penker will take a closer look at specific agricultural and food systems.
The event will be organised in close collaboration with student groups; for international participants, programme events will be offered in English.
